1. About the service

This website provides a quotation sourcing and intermediary service for shipping, transport, removals and related services.

We are not a carrier, freight forwarder or moving company unless expressly stated otherwise in relation to a particular service.

2. How quotation requests work

When you submit a request, we may review the information provided and share relevant details with selected independent shipping, transport or moving providers that may be able to provide the requested service.

A quotation may be communicated to you either by us or directly by the relevant provider.

Submitting a request does not oblige you to accept any quotation.

3. Independent providers

Providers introduced through the service are independent businesses and are not our employees, agents or subcontractors merely because we introduce them to you.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, any transport, moving, shipping, storage, insurance, customs or related service is provided under the terms agreed between you and the relevant provider.

4. Quotations

Quotations may be based on the information supplied by you and may therefore be provisional.

Prices may change where the actual volume, weight, inventory, addresses, access conditions, dates, customs requirements or other relevant circumstances differ from the information originally provided.

The provider is responsible for confirming its final quotation and the services included in that quotation.

5. Our role

Our role is to facilitate introductions, obtain or communicate quotations and assist with communication between customers and providers.

We do not control the day-to-day performance of an independent provider's services.

6. Provider responsibility

The selected provider is responsible for the performance of the services it agrees to provide, including, where applicable:

• collection;
• packing;
• transport;
• storage;
• customs procedures;
• insurance arrangements;
• delivery; and
• any other services included in its quotation.

7. Insurance

Where insurance is requested, the applicable coverage, exclusions, limits, valuation requirements and claims procedure will be governed by the terms of the relevant insurance arrangement.

You should review those terms before accepting the relevant quotation.

8. Customer information

You are responsible for providing accurate and sufficiently complete information concerning the goods, volume, route, dates and any special requirements.

You should notify us or the provider if relevant information changes.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss, damage, delay or other failures arising from the performance of services by an independent provider.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects any mandatory consumer rights.

10. No guarantee of quotations

We do not guarantee that a provider will be available for every request or that any particular number of quotations will be obtained.

11. Privacy

Personal data submitted through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy .
